  IUCN status: Not Evaluated (NE)
Diagnosis: Recognized by the combination of the following characters: relatively small size; general coloration bluish green; head pale, immaculate; antennae pale, first segment with a more or less small brown dot on the inner lateral surface, second segment with a narrow brown ring proximally, rest of the antennae immaculate; calli of pronotum with a pronounced depression; scutellum immaculate and unicolorous; membrane withish, veins white; posterior femur thickened, with two small brown dots on upper edge and five small brown dots on lower edge; tibiae with long black spines jumping out from small black dots; dorsum covered with long semi-erected pale brown setae and small adpressed silvery scales; vesica S-shaped, anterior blade very small and blunt, posterior blade relatively short and apically blunt with a strong bumb outwards pre-apically, one of lateral strap with an apically sclerotized blade-like process reaching to the apex of posterior blade.
Description of male: Size: 2,1-2,4 mm.
COLORATION: bright green to bluish green (when dead, faint green). HEAD: green, immaculate; eyes brownish red. ANTENNAE: pale yellow, first segment with a more or less small brown dot on the inner surface, second antennal segment with a narrow brown ring proximally, rest of antennae immaculate. PRONOTUM: bluish green, around the calli darker, posteriorly paler. SCUTELLUM: whitish blue with a central vertical bluish line (when dead, fainth green, immaculate). HEMELYTRA: transparent, immaculate; membrane whitish, veins white. LEGS: femora pale yellow, posterior one with two small black dots on upper edge and five small dots on lower edge; tibiae pale yellow with long black spines jumping out from very small dots. ABDOMEN: uniformly bluish green (when dead, pale green).
SURFACE AND VESTITURE: Shiny, covered with two types of setae: long semi-erected brown setae and short adpressed silvery scales; posterior edge of vertex with erected brown setae; antennae with very short adpressed brown setae, first two segments slightly thicker than third and fourth segments; pronotum with semi-erected brown setae; calli of pronotum with a relatively deep depression; scutellum and hemelytra with two types of setae as mentioned above.
STRUCTURE: Body elongate oval, 2,1-2,5 times as long as the maximal width. HEAD: moderately flattened anteriorly, tip of clypeus visible from above, transverse, 2,8x as wide as long, 0,6-0,7x as wide as the posterior width of pronotum; eyes big, ocular index 1,7-1,8; labium reaching mesocoxae. ANTENNAE: first segment short, cylindrical; second segment long, cylindrical and slightly thicker then the last two segments; ratio of length of antennal segments 7:26:19:15; second segment 0,8-0,9x as long as width of diatone, 0,6x as long as the posterior width of pronotum. PRONOTUM: trapezoid, 2,3-2,6x as wide as long, lateral margin slightly convex. LEGS: posterior femur thickened, 3,2-3,3x as long as maximal width, ratio of length of tarsal segments 21:32:32. ABDOMEN: reaching to cuneus.
GENITALIA: Left paramere beam-like with a very small tooth on the upper margin, right paramere of typical phyline shape; phallotheca lanceolate, upper margin concave towards distal, vesica S-shaped, anterior blade very small and blunt, posterior blade relatively short and apically blunt with a strong bumb outwards pre-apically, one of lateral strap with an apically sclerotized blade-like process reaching to the apex of posterior blade.
Description of female: Size: 2,4 mm.
COLORATION: As in the male except the second antennal segment, brown ring of second antennal segment broader, 0,2x as long as the length of the segment.
SURFACE AND VESTITURE: As in the male.
STRUCTURE: As in the male except the ocular index which is 2,0.
